Returns and Refund Policy

At The Gate Fragrances Paris, we are committed to providing exceptional quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Returns Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot process a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • Reach out to your bank for further clarification on processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
